Official Exhibition Regulations

| 1. |
The exhibition is a supplement to the Conference on Energy, Innovation and Sustainable Development 2010 (ACEISD 2010) allowing to provide conference attendees with information.
Exhibitors are expected to display their products and/or discuss their services with awareness of the technical and practical needs of ACEISD 2010 conference attendees.
ACEISD 2010 reserves the right to refuse space to any applicant who, in the opinion of ACEISD2010 is unlikely to contribute to the overall objectives of the conference.

| 2. |
Space assignments will be based on the requests of the exhibitors, the booth category and the date of reception of the contract. Every effort will be made to comply with the requests. The final assigned booth surface will be communicated to the exhibitors and identified by the appropriate signs and/or markings on the floor

| 3. |
Each Exhibitor must name at least one person to be the official on-site representative and the responsible party for its booth. The representative shall be authorized to enter into such contracts as may be necessary to ACEISD 2010 and to other contractors. At least one representative must be at the booth during all official hours of the Exhibition.

| 4. |
No exhibitor shall assign, sublet or apart the whole or part of their space without the knowledge and written consent of the ACEISD2010 Management.

| 5. |
The Exhibitor understands that neither the ASEAN CONFERENCE ON ENERGY, INNOVATION AND SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT 2010 nor the Putrajaya International Convention Centre maintain insurance covering the Exhibitor's property and it is the sole responsibility of the Exhibitor to obtain such insurance.

Exhibitors assume the entire responsibility and liability for losses, damages and claims arising out of the injury to persons or damage to exhibitor's displays, equipments or other properties brought upon the premises of the Putrajaya International Convention Centre.

| 7. |
The ACEISD 2010 Management will not be liable for the fulfillment of the contract as to the delivery of space if the meeting has be cancelled in whole or part for reasons beyond their control.

| 8. |
The exhibitors must strictly obey all applicable safety and fire rules of the venue. Exhibitors are urged to take the necessary measures to safeguard attendees and visitors from any hazards associated with their display. The Exhibitor Management reserves the right to restrict or reject any exhibit, in whole or in part, either because of noise or safety hazards

Smoking is not permitted within the exhibition hall.

Exhibit schedules

Setting up may be carried out on Sunday October 3 from 08:00 to 18:00 and Opening Monday October 4 08:00
Exhibit time: Monday, October 4 from 8.00 to 18.00, Tuesday October 5 from 8:00 to 18:00 Wednesday.
Closing Thursday October 5 18:00, Dismantling Wednesday October 6 from 8:00 to 18:00,
(All applicants must be signed in order to confirm booth reservations) I understand, and agree to abide by, the official exhibition regulations as stated above.)

Exhibitors will not be allowed to cancel booth bookings once confirmation is sent to the exhibitor.
